CUSTOMER STORY 01
Fabulous Garden Annexe with high level finish
Before I hired TRJ Construction, I spoke to and reviewed many companies for my Garden Annexe. Many of them were on shaky financial grounds and used 3rd party postal and tel. numbers so be wary if you go elsewhere. Costi puts his name and his address to his work and that's because he's rightly proud of the end result. I highly recommend TRJ. Great skill level, very flexible and adaptable to my strange requests and a high level of professionalism. I'm delighted with the final finish.

BRILLIANT JOB - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Costi and his team have just finished a truly brilliant job on our new garden room. Access is very difficult at our house, Costi and the guys (Danni and Gabriel) took great care in moving everything through the house. Costi really knows his stuff, gave great advice and dealt with issues with no fuss. The team are super punctual, polite, tidy and above all very professional in what they do. We have some further works planned later this year and TRJ are top of the list – highly recommend Costi and his team, thank you very much for a great project." – Martin Narroway

We Love Our Annexe - Great Build, Expert Company
Costi was there from day one, advising us from the design stage right through to practical completion of the build for our self-contained Granny Annexe, ensuring we got what we required. With his eye for detail, he and his team ensured all works were carried out and installed to the highest standard in meeting our requirements, which he delivered an Annexe, not only eye catching in our rear garden, but also provided all the facilities we required for our needs and Mira's parents. We would recommend him to build any Annexe or Out Building. Mira & Mark

Hi, I just wanted to take some time to talk about my experience of Trj construction, and the wonderful job that they have made of our garden room! Costi and his team were polite and focused on the work, and finished the work on time, even though a traffic accident involving their van could have set them back, but did not. Costi himself is very passionate about his work, suggesting some details on our build that make it so much better than we originally envisioned! As regards the build, I am of the belief that building a garden room with social space, office, shower room with toilet, plumbing, wi-fi and electric(all of which are hidden underground) to a very high quality of finish in 5 weeks to be astounding! As you can tell, I would thoroughly recommend them, and would like to once again thank Costi and everyone at Trj for the work they have done! " Scott Hibbett

Experienced, reliable and professional. I was shopping around for a while before deciding to go with TRJ Construction for my garden office. I wanted a company who had experience and a portfolio of work proving they were up to the job. Costi came to quote and he was the only person who actually got down and lifted the drain lid to check what was required. It was at that point I knew he wasn't shy of work and meant business. I was kept in the loop before the build and throughout. They started the job early which was great to see and subsequently finished it early. They didn't miss a day and turned up on time everyday. They exceeded my expectations as I thought it would take an extra week. Costi is extremely experienced in many aspects and does everything to top standard. He is obviously one of those people that can turn their hand to anything and do it to a very high standard. He knows his stuff and this is valuable in itself when getting advice on various parts of the build. Nothing was too much trouble and if something was wanted / required they would find a way to get it done. Also they were very accommodating if changes were made during the build. Overall I am extremely happy with TRJ Construction and cannot recommend them enough. If you want a company with 10+ years experience who have done this countless times before then this is the way to go. Well done guys and keep up the great work!

Garden Room for Guests -Brighton
Sian & Alex Rogers
Costi and his team were very organized and great communicators with what was happening with our annex build each day. Suitable advice was given on the best outcome of how things were placed and reasons behind them. Every day the team were hard working and leaving the site tidy at the end of each day. They were actually a pleasure to have here as always smiling and easy to approach. They have done a great professional job and we are very happy with their level of professionalism and hard work. What was very noticeable was the level of pride and care and effort they put into the end product. Thanks guys 🙂 We would be very happy to recommend Costi and his team to others.
